Our Coaches
As part of the “Triumph family” we provide the best coaches both on a local and national level. The focus on wrestling development runs parallel with the goal of creating good men and women off the mat. We will always strive to create an environment that is conducive to learning and safe by providing not only the best coaches but an adequate number of coaches per class. Quality we always be first and foremost at Triumph!
At Triumph, the coaches’ dedication to our members produces several nationally ranked and division one commits yearly. We have trained multiple NCAA All-Americans, over 15 state champs and over a 150 state placers.
Joe Pollard
Triumph West – Head Clinician
Coach Pollard has been a staple of New Jersey wrestling for years. He currently is the Assistant Coach at Rutgers University where he has spent over 15 years. With the help of Pollard, Rutgers has produced two individual national champions, six individual conference titles, 19 All-Americans in the past 10 seasons and multiple All-Americans at seven of the last eight NCAA Championships. Prior to Rutgers he was the Assisant Coach at TCNJ and wrestled colliagetly at Rider University were he was a three year starter.

Kyle Kiss
Triumph West – High School & Youth Coach
Coach Kiss brings over 10 years of D1 Coaching experience to the club. Coach Kiss was an Assistant Coach at UNC Chapel Hill, the Associate Head Coach at Clarion University, as well as an Assistant Coach at Rutgers University. Coach Kiss is currently the RTC Coach at Rutgers University. Prior to coaching he wrestled collegiately at the University of North Carolina.

Kenny Theobold
Triumph West High School & Youth Coach
Ken combines elite competitive experience with a passion for mentorship. As an NCAA All-American and Big Ten Medal of Honor recipient, he emphasizes technical mastery, mental toughness, and championship-level preparation. Kenny focuses on helping wrestlers grow both on and off the mat.

Sean DeDeyn
Triumph West – Youth Coach
Coach DeDeyn was a former wrestler at Rutgers University and Johnson & Wales. Before transfering to Rutgers, Sean was a conference runner up at JWU. Currently Sean is on staff as an assistant Coach at CBA. Prior to coaching at CBA he was the Assisant Coach at Shore Regional were he lead them to their first ever state sectional championship. In High School Coach DeDeyn was a NJ State Qualifier.

Lenny Forsyth
Triumph West – Youth Coach
Coach Forsyth is an assistant coach at Christian Brothers Academy and Wall Township’s youth program. A New Jersey State Qualifier, he combines competitive experience with a structured approach to athlete development. Outside of wrestling, Len is a CPA, Partner, and COO at The Axel Group, with previous finance leadership experience at a publicly traded company.

Jordan Pagano
Triumph West – High School & Youth Coach
Coach Pagano was a 2x NCAA Qualifier and ranked top 10 Nationally at Rutgers University. After college he served on staff at Rutgers as Administrative Assistant and Scarlet Knight Wrestling Club Assistant Coach. Currently Coach Pagano works in the medical device feild working for Stryker one of the worlds leading medical device companies.

Sammy Sasso
Triumph West – High School & Youth Coach
Coach Sasso is currently on staff at the Scarlet Knight Wrestling Club. During his days of competing Coach Sasso was a 4x All-American and 2x NCAA Finalist at Ohio State University. In high school Sasso was apart of the legendary program of Nazareth PA where we was a 2x State Champ and Who’s Number One winner.

Dylan Shawver
Triumph West – High School Coach
Current Rutgers Wrestler Coach Shawver has been with Triumph Wrestling for several years now. Coach Shawver is a Big 10 Champ and NCAA All-American. He also represents the Puerto Rican national team for world competitions. Coach does one on one training at the club and helps run high school classes.

Joey Olivieri
Triumph West – High School Coach
Current Rutgers Wrestler, Coach Olivieri is starting his coaching career with Triumph. Coach Olivieri is a 3X NCAA Qualifier and 3X New Jersey State Champ. Coach is set to work for Paragon 28 doing medical device sales after he graduates from Rutgers.

Randall Totten

Randall has over 20 years of coaching experience from youth to NCAA Division III. He is currently an assisting coach at Reb Bank Catholic High School and previously coached at Johnson and Wales University, where he helped produce 4 Division III All-Americans.
